Our store main currency is US Dollar, depending on your location you will see prices in your local currency and system does conversion automatically.

Customer can decide to cancel the order and its related payment within 24 hours after payment. However, after that the order will be validated with the product owner / supplier and shipping company, so the cancellation and refund will not be possible.
Any other cases such as delays in delivery caused by the manufacturer, wrong product delivery, etc both Ndugu Dropship Ltd and the customer must follow the manufacturer's cancellation & refund policies and other trade laws.
