Ndugu Dropship Ltd Shipping Policy
Since our store is wholesale based, it is difficult to calculate shipping cost for our products and automate it during the checkout process. The Shipping method and cost are part of the ordering process and will be discussed before you make your final decision to order with us.
In Ndugu Dropship Ltd, we understand the challenges related to transportation cost and duration, and if you fall in that category, our company will help to arrange and find the cheapest shipping as per your preferred transport method through our freight forwarders and transport partners.
For small orders, we do arrange shipping by Sea in a combined container for some specific countries in Africa region depending on the product origin.
To order with us, you will not automatically see the shipping costs in your cart as we will take care of getting a personalized quote for your order by following these simple steps:
1) Add the products to your cart;
2) At checkout please select "Other couriers" and click on the order confirmation button;
3) Fill in the fields relating to the shipping and billing address and then select the payment option via "Bank Transfer".
Your order will be booked immediately waiting to receive our personalized quotation.
Once you have received our quotation, you can decide whether to accept it, cancel it or collect the order with your trusted courier.
Finally, you can decide to pay for your order by credit card, bank transfer.
Our suppliers / Manufacturers can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
